    Jun. Changed the company name from Sanyo Paper Co., Ltd. to Sanyo Pax Co., Ltd.

    May Came under the umbrella of the Solo Cup Company of the United States
  • 2002
    Nov. Acquired and merged with Kyushu Sanyo Co., Ltd.

    Jun. Changed the company name from Sanyo Packs Co., Ltd. to Solo Cup Japan Co., Ltd.
